I had an emergency link, the team at Property 247 Solutions were amazing, I spoke to a very patient lady who immediately understood that I was panicked, she called Ben who was at my door within 20 minutes. He was in my attic in no time switching off the water, he replaced the necessary parts and didn't leave until he done everything and cleared up. I was very impressed and now have their magnet on my fridge ready to call again! Thank you to all the team for making it easier for me.
Ben arrived within 10 minutes as promised to resolve our blocked toilets at our offices in Alban Park which happened to be a blockage in next doors car park. Asked Ben back the next day to replace a couple of thermostats on our rads. Would definitely recommend Ben, he keeps you informed of progress throughout and is friendly, fast and provides and efficient service. Payment transaction was undertaken with ease.

We had a bathroom leak which flooded through to our hallway and kitchen on a Bank Holiday Monday, and after a frantic google for an emergency plumber, Ben was there to fix it within 20 minutes. Since then he has done lots for us in our new home, ranging from heating, plumbing, electrics and other jobs that have croped up since moving in. We’ve been really happy with him, he’s reliable and responsive and will continue to call on him going forward.
Ben was fantastic! He was round within a couple of hours on a Saturday morning and identified and fixed our leak. Identifying the leak was particularly tricky but Ben made swift work of it and was very tidy in the process.
